Debt Elimination and Setting Goals

The quickest way to achieve your goal of reducing and eliminating your debt is to actually set some goals in the first place.

Unless you have a specific goal in mind then it is all too easy to drift and not focus on the task of reducing your debt; and with debt comes your credit and credit repair.

The best way to set goals is to sit down with a pen and paper and actually write down what you want to achieve. Once it is in writing you can refer back to it and adjust your goals along the way.

Having written goals to look at is an incentive to achieve more and do better than normal.

It has been shown in many tests that this is the quickest and best way for people to actually achieve their goals.

You should make your goals realistic and have long term and short term goals.

So when you are writing down these goals, you should determine where you want to be in a year’s time or even five or 10 years time.

You should also set goals that you will like to achieve in the next week or month and that might be something as minor as being able to cope with the current budget that you set yourself for your food shopping.

Once you achieve a goal - even a small one - you are well on the road to success in achieving your bigger goals and as you see more and more of these goals become achievable it will build your confidence to get out of debt and to maintain that debt free status for the rest of your life.

No matter how small these achievements might be you need to consider the fact that it was all those small extra items that you purchased along the way that got you into debt in the first place and reversing the trend by making small changes in a positive direction will go a long way to eliminating your debt before you realize it.

By eliminating any and all of your debt, your credit rating, FICO® credit score, and credit report will improve over time.

Credit Repair + Debt Elimination = 800+ FICO® Score Credit Report

The Credit Robbers - FICO® Scores, Credit Reports, Credit Ratings, Credit Bureaus, and Health and Welfare

It’s common knowledge that the people who suffer the most from ill health and the inability to take sufficient care of their health and welfare are those people who are in debt and don’t have sufficient income to see their doctor or to get debt solution problems sorted out when it first occurs.

You need to understand that without good health everything becomes more difficult including your ability to make money and your ability to reduce and eliminate debt.

You can’t help yourself to move forward if you’re in such a state that it is difficult to do what is necessary to achieve your goals.

Your health is of the utmost importance and this is something that you need to take care of for the rest of your life and letting any aspects of health deteriorate during these times of financial turmoil could mean that you require ongoing medical expenditure for the rest of your life, which could further hamper your credit, FICO® credit score, credit report, and credit rating.

The credit bureaus are watching your credit, FICO® credit score, credit report, and credit rating whether you are in poor health or good health.

When it comes to the crunch it is better to be bankrupt than sick in hospital. You can certainly turn your finances around by following the right steps and focusing on achieving your goals; however, if you let your health deteriorate to such an extent that you have to live with problems for the rest of your life then no amount of money you make in the future will be able to get back that good health.

While you will be looking to reduce your daily spending and reduce your food bill you also need to be aware that you should only buy foods and drinks that will help you maintain good health.

Don’t buy soda drinks when drinking water is better for you. Don’t buy takeaways when cooking your own meals is healthier and less expensive.

You will even save money on gas from not having to drive down the road to buy your fast food if you are cooking at home.

You can save money and maintain your health and welfare and that is something that you will need to consider when you are preparing your budget.

Consider the expense of becoming diabetic. The debt problem that faces you now might be a godsend as it could make you look at the other aspects of your life that are out of balance and make amends.

Take care of your health and your credit, FICO® credit score, credit report, and credit rating will take care of themselves.
